“We attended the KI conferences for 4 years in a row in New Jersey and loved every minute of them because we had nothing to compare it to. My only wish was for the conference to last longer than the 4 days. Last summer the conference moved to the KI for an awesome two weeks. The conference in New Jersey… there was very little chance to network and connect with others on a personal level due to the size and venue. At the KI conference held in the Berkshires, the group was smaller and vastly more personal. We felt so much more engaged with the awesome kitchen staff, the volunteers, the administration, the lecturers as well as the attendees. We made lifelong friendships and connected with others in the MB world. Another huge benefit of holding the conference in the Berkshires, is just that! We are surrounded daily and nightly by such profound beauty in nature. There was ample opportunity for exploring the well tended trails on the KI property. We simply felt we were at the heart and soul of the Kushi family and Institute. It felt like home. A most humble thank you!”
