Program Description:
Join us for a unique two-week educational program featuring classes on health, wellness and organic macrobiotic cooking.  Learn from Kushi Institute’s unique faculty, along with leading macrobiotic teachers, counselors and chefs from around the world! Enjoy calm, healing energy and community life on our 600 acres of rolling meadows and woodlands in the beautiful Berkshire Mountains of Western Massachusetts.

This year’s summer conference is a tribute to Michio Kushi, his life and teachings. Special panels include: Remember Michio, Macrobiotic Unity, and Where Do We Go From Here?

Program Highlights:
Berkshire Food and Vendor Fair – Sunday, August 2 at 12:00pm
Join us for an afternoon of shopping and eating, while meeting wonderful people from our Berkshire Community.

Fundraising Gala Dinner in Honor of Michio Kushi – Friday, August 7 at 6:00pm
A special gourmet macrobiotic meal will be served, followed by an exciting Live Auction, musical entertainment and dancing! Individual tickets for the fundraiser dinner are available, and proceeds benefit our non-profit foundation. If you are unable to attend the Gala please consider making a tax-deductible donation to the Kushi Institute in honor of Michio and to help continue his legacy. Select Your Program:
Public Track: participants have the option of planning their own schedules from a selection of lectures, cooking classes, and presentations.  Classes will be taught by resident and guest faculty. Students are also encouraged to participate in special sessions with guest faculty, keynote presentations, teacher consultations and bodywork sessions. Click here for pricing.


Super Level:
participants will follow the curriculum of Kushi Institute’s Level 1 Macrobiotic Leadership Program.  In addition to the K.I. faculty, guest instructors will be teaching throughout the program.  Students will also have the option to participate in special sessions with guest faculty, keynote presentations, teacher consultations and bodywork sessions. Housing Options:
On campus housing is very limited, so make your reservations as soon as possible. Click here for summer conference housing fees. Mondays – Thursdays:  $185
Fridays – Saturdays:  $195
Includes full day program, 3 macrobiotic meals, keynote speaker, and entertainment.
Friday, Aug 7: $295
Includes full day program and Gala Dinner.
