Cucumber and Wakame Salad
 Ingredients:
2 cups cucumber sliced thin 1/2 tsp sea
salt 3-inch piece wakame, reconstituted and thickly sliced.
1 tsp rice vinegar shoyu
Place cucumber slices and salt in a pickle press, mix thoroughly and press for
two hours. Rinse and add wakame. Add rice vinegar and several drops
shoyu. Mix well and serve. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
