Lectures about macrobiotics help you orient your understanding of health and diet; cooking workshops will give you a practical knowledge of how to work with whole foods to create meals that heal instead of hinder your wellbeing; lectures on the macrobiotic approach to diet and health will open your eyes to a new understanding of the natural role that illness and disease plays in our lives, and show you how to approach healing in a positive and effective way.
You will have plenty of time to enjoy the pristine beauty of the Berkshires and take walks around our grounds to commune with nature. At the end of the week we will coach you in how to continue with macrobiotics on your own, and supply you with information about resources for your future path. We can even offer you the option for telephone support after you get home!
After taking this break from your harried life to focus on your personal health and needs, you will leave refreshed and inspired to move ahead on your way to greater health.
