We
are often caught up in our daily responsibilities and obligations.
While working to achieve our goals we are often wearing masks that
are hiding our true self.
Over time we forget who we really are. This workshop will help you
to create the space that allows you to arrive at a deeper sense
of self through:
Gentle Stretching Exercises |
Soothing Self Massage |
Breathing Awareness |
Guided Meditations |
Visualizations |
And more... |
Leave relaxed with a new sense of inner
peace
...or stay...
We invite you to
an "Open
House Event" at Kushi Institute.
