Kushi Institute

We are the largest macrobiotic educational center in the world. Each year over a thousand students come through our classes.

Faculty

All Kushi Institute faculty members have been trained by Kushi Institute founder Michio Kushi.

Located in Becket, Massachusetts in the heart of the beautiful Berkshire mountains, our 600-acre property of lovely rolling wooded hills, fresh air and deep mountain well water offers students a pristine and serene environment for study, reflection and relaxation.

Meals

Freshly prepared, delicious and healthy macrobiotic meals made from organic, high quality ingredients are included in the program fee.

Housing

Students generally stay on-campus in our dormitory in either single or double room accommodations, with shared bathrooms along the hallways. There are also a small number of off-campus rooms for those who come with a car. Please call regarding housing choice space availability.
