Michio Kushi is a leading authority on macrobiotics and alternative medicine. He was voted as one of the top 100 most respected Japanese people in the world (Newsweek Japan, 2005.) His collected works are the cornerstone of the Smithsonian Institution’s exhibit on alternative medicine.
Eric Lechasseur & Sanae Suzuki specialize in gourmet macrobiotic cooking and have cooked for Madonna, Tobey Maguire, and other celebrities. They are authors of the cookbooks Love, Eric and Love, Eric and Sanae.
Tom Monte is a leading authority on healing and transformation. He has written over 30 books and his articles have appeared in publications such as Life Magazine, Cosmopolitan, The Saturday Evening Post and The Chicago Tribune.
Tzen Tzatzoehetzin is a Mexhika (Aztec) physician and instructor of the traditional health system Wewepahtli. Trained since childhood in this 5,000 year old system of healing, he is one of only three people authorized to share this knowledge outside of Mexico.
