Saturday August 14
  • 7:00 to 8:00 a.m. Morning Exercise
  • 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. Breakfast
  • 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Class
  • 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Lunch
  • 2:30 to 5:00 p.m. Class
  • 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. Dinner
Depart after dinner on Saturday or stay over and enjoy Sunday Brunch starting at 10:30. There is no extra charge for Brunch.

Housing: Our economical housing options for Friday and Saturday start at only $25 per night!

Economical Airport Shuttle Service!
If you are traveling by air you can avoid the high taxi fees from Bradley International Airport (about $200 each way!) by taking our convenient shuttle service, only $50 each way. Shuttle service runs from Bradley airport only, and on certain days and times. Please call for details and program space availability before making flight arrangements.

Bettina Zumdick

Bettina is a native of
the Baltic Sea area
of Germany, where
she started macrobiotics
in 1985, and went on
to study Nutrition
and Food Technology
at the University of Muenster, Germany.

She continued her macrobiotic studies in
the U.S. with Kushi
Institute teachers and became a Kushi Institute teacher and counselor
in 1996. She has taught
macrobiotics throughout Europe and the United States.

Bettina is passionate
about assisting others in their journeys of purs
uing joy and health, and in the greater community with world peace.
